Quarantined

September 26, 2022 Yep. You read that right. We have been sick almost all week so we haven't really done much. It started with Elder Hogge getting sick, then after a couple of days, I got sick. Not too fun for us. We went to the urgent care too see if we could get some drugs to help, but they just gave us a generic paper for things we could get. I made German pancakes this week! It was good. I had them a ton as a kid but never made them. The recipe is pretty easy so I see why my mom made it to much hahaha. Last Week: We went to rush last week for pday! That was fun. It makes me low key sad that I don't find a lot of things I did as a kid fun anymore. Bowling was my favorite part of rush. I didn't do as good as normal but it was fun. We also went to the Ogden tabernacle this week. It was so cool! It is right next to the Ogden temple, and that is a good looking building (just like every temple).  Pictures: 1. German pancakes  2. Power Transfer

September 13, 2022 For some reason my email has been stupid and hasn't let me send things for a long time. It seems to be working now though... but we will see I guess. We are now in a new transfer! I am still in the same area (Syracuse South and Syracuse Legacy Park stakes) with the same companion Elder Hogge. The area is so good and people want to help us the best they can. I have seen many many miracles on the way as well! 2 of those miracles are Elder Martin and Elder Winward. They have helped me a ton on the mission and continue to keep me going. They are great people, and great missionaries. Elder Martin is a service missionary that lives in our area, and he is so helpful to us as we bring people closer to Jesus Christ.  God loves all of you, and wants to help you. If you want to learn more and be closer to Him let me know! I can help (That's kinda what I've been doing for 13 hours a day for the last 10-11ish months haha).  Pictures: 1. United Transfer

September 13, 2022 Hello. This transfer has been crazy! I am white washing another area, and there are a lot of good people here! We have a snow cone place in our area that gives us free snow cones. They are all super nice! I have taught a lot of families too. One of them was Dutch and Emma, and they decided to get baptized a few weeks ago! Me, Elder Hogge, and God are so happy for them! One of my favorite missionaries in the mission is in my district, and we have a fun time. Missions are hard but they sure are fulfilling! This is my first transfer where I don't have a calling in leadership, so it's a nice break. I also feel a lot less useful though. There has been a lot of ups and downs but I have seen many miracles on the way and that keeps me going. This scripture stood out to me thus week is Ether 12:27. I like it because it talks about our weaknesses, and through the lord, He can make those weaknesses strengths. Pictures: 1. Dutch and Emma's baptism  2. Sky wallpaper  ...
