Hello hello

July 24, 2023 *my mother exclaimed her feelings on the brief nature of my emails a fortnight ago, so I have decided to proclaim my story how it should be! Overly dramatic for No reason!! (and I'm low key board so I thought this could be fun). Our hero starts off this week in a gloomy, dangerous area knocking door, after door, after door, in search for "the elect". Where is this you might ask? The war ridden lands of the middle east? No. A scorching desert, or an iced over wasteland? No... Davis County... UTAH!  I was hoping to have the pictures from a baptism that happened a few weeks ago but I just haven't gotten them yet. I know, it lame. I am SO PROUD OF HER making the decision to be baptized and take a major step to enter into the kingdom of God! Whenever the picture wants to show up, I'll add it to an email. The last few weeks have been crazy! We find at least 1 more person to teach every day which is so great to see! The people have been prepared in this ar

So fresh, so clean

July 10, 2023 My Not-So-Weekly, Weekly email! I have been moved! It is weird to be in a new area after being in Bountiful for so long (9 Months), but I am loving it so far! I miss Bountiful but I'm loving Clearfield! I went from covering 2-3 Stakes (about 20-28 wards/ congregations) to 5 wards/congregations! Big difference! I cover a lot less space, that's for sure.  Elder Davidson is my new companion and a great guy that I have been learning a lot from.  I have been challenged directly asking for 3-5 Baptisms in this area, in the next month and a half! That is quite difficult when we were actively teaching 1 person before I came in the area, but I am already seeing how the people in the area are prepared to recieve Jesus Christ's Gospel. I am excited to work with these people more! (I haven't taken too many pictures in the area so far, I will try to take more) Pictures:  1. My new Saltine scripture case 2. Go to church plz 3. Random mini hat I found in the apartment

May 29, 2023 A lot of eventful things have happened but it is also a lot of the same things. I am still in the same area. This is my 6th transfer here (about 8 months). We still live next to the temple which I love! Bountiful Utah is a great area. We also caught a mouse in our apartment which was a fun experience haha. I've been doing a lot of studying, and this is a scripture I love!  Alma 32:27-28:  27 But behold, if ye will awake and arouse your faculties, even to an experiment upon my words, and exercise a particle of faith, yea, even if ye can no more than desire to believe, let this desire work in you, even until ye believe in a manner that ye can give place for a portion of my words.  28 Now, we will compare the word unto a seed. Now, if ye give place, that a seed may be planted in your heart, behold, if it be a true seed, or a good seed, if ye do not cast it out by your unbelief, that ye will resist the Spirit of the Lord, behold, it will begin to swell within your breasts

Hello again

May 1, 2023 I know. Another email from me this week! I'm impressing myself too. This week has been pretty slow. We've stopped teaching a lot of our friends, which is sad but I hope they will be open to The Gospel of Jesus Christ later in their life.  There was a guy who was making a shopping cart that he can drive, so I took the liberty of taking a picture of it!  Pictures: 1. April 17, 2023 A lot has happened, as you can imagine. Everything has been super busy and the mission has been great! Elder Eggett got transferred to Farmington and my new companion was Elder Goodwin! He is a great guy. Now I'm with Elder Owens. Also a great guy! We have been able to find so many people to teach, it's great! We are constantly teaching or finding. Elder Goodwin was a great companion. We covered 3 stakes (or 28 congregations), and it was a lot of fun. Now that I'm with Elder Owens we are back to 2 stakes (20 congratulations), and we are busy. We found this great family who went to church with us this weekend!!! We are so happy for them. Many others are close to baptism as well, and we hope they can make that step soon. I have been in the same place for 7 months now, which is unusual for a missionary, but I love it! I'm surprised I'm still here, but I know it's where God needs me to be I read through the New Testament last month and now I'm goi

February 6, 2023 Yes. I'm not joking. So I was trying to teach this man for 4 1/2 months but then people found out where he lived so he was forced to move. But the missionaries got in contact with him anyway!!! W GOD. That's the God I work for! Jesus Christ really can help everyone! Turn to him.  I have been in Bountiful with Elder Eggett for about 4 months now and we are doing well. The area is hard, but we are finding people who are progressing which is great!  We have been doing zone basketball as well! I literally love getting up at 5:30. 6:30 is such a bad time to get up, having time in the morning to play basketball is so fun!  Pictures: 1. Bountiful Zone 2. Playing Wingspan 3. December 20, 2022 Sorry this is late, I forgot to send it last night haha! Hello, hello! I wish I could send more pictures but I guess the quality is "too good". I'll take worse pictures next time haha. The last little while has been great! A lot has been going on, so I will brush by it fast.  I am still with Elder Eggett for the second transfer. He is such a great example of Christ-like love. He cares about people a lot and I look up to that! We are teaching a lot more people now, one being Weston. Weston loves church and learning more about Jesus Christ! I will get a picture of him soon! He is a great friend.  We were able to go to a few concerts as well! The Gibbons family is very talented and owns their own production studio (which I want to see some time). We also went to the Tabernacle Choir's Christmas performance with our friend Fay.  Many parties have gone on this season (as you can probably imagine). Because we cover 20 wards, we have a lot to get to and a l
